Initial Naturopathic forster

Service Description

The initial consultation is a comprehensive session where we gather information about your health. During this session, During this session we will talk about your presenting complaint, personal medical history, family medical history, diet and lifestyle. We delve deep into your health history to identify the underlying root cause of your condition. Please bring any blood results that you may have and photos of any supplements that you may have we will discuss your initial treatment options and decide on a plan of action together. If necessary, I may recommend additional assessments that may be of benefit. After the appointment you will receive a treatment plan via email within 24-48 hours. This will outline your goals, provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and include any relevant testing and/or supplementation suggestions.
